National Progeny Competition
How do the progeny of Ayrshire sires in your herd stack up against your contemporaries? There are two classes (10 & 5 daughter) based on the number of daughters in your herd by the sire you have selected. Members may enter more than one sire progeny team.
The Agri-Feeds Don Hutchings Memorial Trophy is presented to the winner of the 10 daughter class, and the Dalemere Farms Trophy is presented to the winner of the 5 daughter class. There are also cash prizes on offer.
This competition opens in late March annually and closes on the 1st of May.
