18th – 20th MARCH 2025

Day 1:

Your tour will start in Dunedin with an event in the early evening commencing at 5pm

Day 2:

This morning your bus will travel south to Outram to view the Bonacord herd of the Allison family. Next visit you will travel through beef, sheep and grain country with beautiful scenery along the way to view the Fairleigh herd of the Eade family at Kelso. A complimentary lunch will be provided. The evenings meal and stay will be in Gore.

Day 3:

Today you will travel South to the Ingleside stud of R & D Morton at Edendale. Along the way you will go through the best dairying county in New Zealand.
Next stop will be the Glenkylie herd belonging to the Stevenson family at Isla Bank. After viewing their cows you will enjoy a BBQ lunch. Following lunch you will travel to view Inglecorner, M,H & D Livingstone. If time permits a visit of a working Flax mill will follow. Your evening meal and accommodation will be in Invercargill.
A BIDR sale of Ayrshire cattle will be held followed up by a good old knees up – a finale to an enjoyable trip.
