Herd Tour is added as a new event, hosted in a different region annually in April. (The Annual Conference will take place in March/April, and will include a Special General Meeting so that members still have an opportunity to discuss matters of interest in a formal setting. The Annual General Meeting would then take the form of a one-day meeting in June at a large centre easily accessible to members (e.g. Auckland / Wellington / Christchurch). The Annual Report would be prepared in conjunction with the AGM. Awards would be split between the two events, with all Special Awards presented at the AGM. The Alltech All New Zealand Photo Competition results would be announced online with the presentations made at the AGM.
