PLACE: Roger and Diane Hancock’s home, 2054 Te Hoe-Tahuna Rd.

MINUTES: We submitted the Constitution to the I.R.D. and they accepted it but, told us we needed to add 2 paragraphs that they added, in their returned letter, so please come to the meeting so we can pass this add on, and send it back to them.(Will need to be resigned also) Thankyou.
DIRECTORS REPORT:
GENERAL BUSINESS: I have had a ring from the Red Breeds organiser, Russell Tocker, he asked that I relay the message to our club members, saying we are welcome to attend the Dinner on
MARCH 2 from 6p.m. at the Distinction Hotel, 100 Garnett Ave, Te Rapa.
Travelling south along Te Rapa Straight,Garnett Ave is on right after the lights going into Bunnings.
An opportunity to meet with visitors from overseas and fellow Ayrshire breeders who are attending the Red Breeds Conference. He would like numbers please by the 10th Feb, not sure of cost yet, so contact me if you are interested in attending. Ph 07 8267779 or davegibberd@gmail.com
